I’ve been looking all over for an internet cafe with Windows XP or 2000.

nope… for some reason they all use winblows 98… I mean its much easier to install xp than 98… I do know of one cafe in taichung that has xp but only on one computer. Its in 東山路 close to 大坑口. From the train station go on 北屯路 and pass chung yo dept. store, keep going until you see 東山路 and take a right. Go pass the railroad track (the road passes below the tracks) and you will see a large bayou. The cafe is at the right corner of the bayou road, behind the 7-11.
