Can anyone tell me how a typical interview goes and what i can expect. What do schools look for when they ask you to do a demo, could anyone run me through a fake demo. Is the demo for the length of a entire class or jusy like 20 minutes. Any help would be great.

However,
You should be friendly and outgoing in your demo (the boss is looking to see whether the students like you or not), but not too talkative. Give plenty of time for the students to do pair work. Your spoken English should be suitable for the level of students.
During the interview you can give your ideas about teaching, but you should make it clear that you are very flexible and open to suggestions, and that you are willing to adapt to to the school’s requirements.
