Invalid_session - What to do

If you take a few minutes composing your message before clicking the “Submit” button, you may get an “Invalid_session” message. Your message will not be submitted. Recently, I resolve this problem with this procedure:

  1. Click the “Back” button when you see “Invalid_session”
  2. Select your message with the cursor and select copy
  3. Click the “Refresh” button
  4. Paste your message into the now blank message body
  5. Click the “Submit” button
