If you take a few minutes composing your message before clicking the “Submit” button, you may get an “Invalid_session” message. Your message will not be submitted. Recently, I resolve this problem with this procedure:
- Click the “Back” button when you see “Invalid_session”
- Select your message with the cursor and select copy
- Click the “Refresh” button
- Paste your message into the now blank message body
- Click the “Submit” button
