Does anyone have experience in investing in pre IPO companies in Taiwan, either through the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB), GISA Board or any other avenues? I would like to know process and requirements and if foreigners are eligible. Thanks
There’s a pre Taiwan public stock market trading system , I had shares on it before but it was a long time ago.
Yes you can.
However investment is private. Means it doesnt go thru the government.
Some want you to put the money in a taiwan bank account. Some want you to put it offshore.
