Are the broadcast frequencies and system (NTSC) in Taiwan the same as in Japan and the U.S.? Or, simply, if one were to buy a TV in the U.S. and bring it to Taiwan, would it be able to receive all the channels?
I brought a TV from the States and it still shows everything in Chinese. I wanted to watch Nickelodeon.
