DIY for the win. I see strata for the elderly, disabled etc. Security. But young folks just seem to lose money compared to their fee simple counterparts.
Either way, generally speaking bc at least is pay to play to the extreme. Nearly every aspect of life.
Montreal seems bigger than Vancouver (from my search). So seems ok place to live, I only visited but thought it was good city compared to Toronto, but think Perth/Brisbane are nicer (clean, nice weather). Brisbane seems be a favorite of Taiwanese.
