Israel declares state of war after terrorist attacks (Part 2)

The biggest casualty of the genocide in Gaza is international law:

The destruction of Gaza has been catastrophic—not only in human terms, but also in what it reveals about the fragility of international law itself. As hospitals, homes and schools lie in ruins, so too does the promise of a global legal system capable of restraining state violence. Far from being a remote regional conflict, Israel’s war on Gaza has become a crucible for testing the credibility of legal institutions, the durability of post-World War II norms and the willingness of Western countries to apply their own standards to conflicts involving an ally. The verdict so far is damning.

For decades, the United States and its allies have championed a “rules-based international order,” forged in the ashes of genocide and global war. The Geneva Conventions, the U.N. Charter and the Genocide Convention were supposed to stand as bulwarks against atrocity. But in Gaza, that system is unraveling—through legal double standards, selective enforcement and political paralysis.

The facts on the ground speak for themselves. Since Oct. 7, 2023, more than 52,000 Palestinians have been killed, including over 18,000 children. Over 90 percent of Gaza’s housing stock has been destroyed, along with 84 percent of its healthcare facilities and virtually every educational institution. Nearly two million people have been forcibly displaced. The United Nations has warned of looming famine. These are not unfortunate byproducts of war. These are deliberate, large-scale violations of international humanitarian law.

Over 75% of them voted for Trump too. Hypocritically enough. :face_vomiting:

Their weird fetish for Israel cannot be understated. I would know because I used to be a pretty diehard evangelical. Mass psychosis about Israel’s position as “god’s chosen people” really. They are trying to force into motion the “end of times” events, etc too. Creepy stuff.

But yeah for sure it is also that sweet sweet AIPAIC funding (read:bribes) that many don’t want to unlatch from. I agree. It is bipartisan.

Though Trump admin has prob been the most pro Zionist admin in years. Maybe ever.

That’s the $64 question all right.

Yeah, and the “but why?” for that one has gotta be more than $64.

Israel is America’s sacred cow.

Maybe, maybe not.

>Taken together, these experiences reveal the varying degrees to which Arab states that normalized relations with Israel have been tested by the Gaza conflict. None of the signatories have formally walked away from the accords, illustrating the prevalence of long-term strategic objectives over immediate political headwinds. However, the political cost of normalization increased once the war began, as Arab public opinion is strongly sympathetic to the Palestinian cause, seeing it as an Arab, not just a Palestinian, concern.

The more recent than this article calls by Arab nations for Hamas to fuck off is a good sign. :placard:

That support is cracking, fortunately.

I’d never thought I’d say this, but thanks to Tucker Carlson for platforming that pastor from the West Bank, and Marjorie Taylor Green (dry heave) for calling to attention Israel’s bombing of Gaza’s Catholic Church, and spotlighting the plight of Palestinian Christians.

Also for the interviews with Ted Cruz and Tony Aguilar.

Also everyone should watch Krystal Ball’s interview with Elissa Slotkin, if they’ve somehow missed it:

Lithuania!

Yeah that Ted Cruz interview was transformative. It launched a whole discussion on the Youtubeverse on whether Christians should support the modern nation-state of Israel.

As US Congress has a recess specifically to NOT talk about Epstein, 21 US Congress members are using that recess for a non official Israel visit with their AIPAC handlers.

The idea the US government is occupied by this lobby should be uncontroversial as it is plainly apparent.

It’s a fixer upper.

It’s inevitable and for the better. China is hell bent on forming a two state solution to recognize Palestine — this all ties in with the Taiwan issue for Beijing since the late 1950’s. People will realize Israel and the West are the only ones actually with best interests in mind for Palestinian people. Hamas, PA, and the dozen factions meeting with China all the time don’t have Palestinians interests in mind, they are only their to do China’s bidding, and are literally willing to starve their own people and maximize their suffering as much as possible to further CCP narratives about Israel and the west. With Israel’s move hopefully this is a step in the right direction of getting CCP out of the Middle East, and Palestinians suffering at the hands of Hamas and other CCP proxies can finally end.

They are probably being taught how to have a united front in gaslighting about the Epstein situation as we speak. A tips and tricks seminar, if you will. Rotten to the core. This is the real swamp, ladies and gentlemen.

You can’t serve two masters.

UN calls for immediate halt of Israeli plan to retake Gaza City | Watch

WHy, because the UN is going to take over? Nah. They had their shot and it ended on 10/7 I imagine.

Unless you have been living under a Fox News rock over the past few months, yes - your Zionist idols have been acting like a proper coven of witches. They have an unprecedentedly concerning amount of control over our country right now too. Can you guess as to why, dear reader?

But yes we know, to you this group can do no wrong.

Stop justifying genocide.

How many Israelis died on 10/7?

Now how many Palestinians have died since? Hundreds of thousands. It takes some real sick bastards to not see a problem here. And it takes a dumbass of colossal proportions to think 10/7 came out of nowhere.

It takes some real bastards to perpetually deny millions of human beings emancipation because “they haven’t earned it.”
