This might be more of a “WCIF” question, but is there any kind of “real” ITAD in Taiwan?
I don’t just mean the scrappers that shred and recover metals, but companies that accept corporate dispositions, datacenter take-outs, etc and then evaluate, test, re-sell what still works…? 
Or is that just not a thing because everyone buys new?
