In Milano for aperitivo depends on your budget. Let’s just say below 10€ per drink (but comes with food) is not good…
What I would recommend instead is having a good drink before dinner and then just going to dinner to have your fix.

Or super central in front of duomo Camparino in Galleria (prices r ok for the location, but the drinks r very good, just have the drink standing at the counter, old style)
