I always hate seeing foreigners on Taiwanese TV because they’re always made out to be complete goofballs. It’s like to Taiwanese get a kick out of the dumb foreigner. But after seeing Jimmy Kimmel have Jay Chou go out on the street to play Yankee Doodle on his keyboard, it seems we do much the same thing.
To be fair though, those late night talk show hosts do that kind of stupid shit to any guest they think they can get away with doing it to. There’s something generally fairly retarded about talk shows everywhere I’ve seen them. They all have the same tired formula.
