Me, my wife and kids live at A. A is written on my ARC.
My wife moves her and the kid’s official residence to B so the kid can go to a different school.
Standard practice for many in Taiwan. They don’t actually live at their official address.
My question is
Does that also move my official address? Do I need to update my ARC?
No, your official address is whatever is on your ARC and it has be updated manually by you. For the longest time me and my wife were registered at different addresses, because my wife couldn’t move her official address to where we actually lived
No problem, everyone can put any address no need same. But I prefer the address can receive the package delivery
