It’s a French movie distributed by Netflix. He’s still not getting cast in Hollywood not because of the trial, because he’s notorious for unprofessionalism on set.

Ok, so the argument could be made that he has been cancelled by Hollywood. But the USA is not the world, and anyways we’ll see how long it lasts. I’m willing to bet a beer we’ll see a Hollywood movie with Johnny Depp before we see one with Louis CK

He stopped getting cast since 2019 or so because his behaviours on set were horrible. He was always drunk, never remembered his lines, abusive to film crew etc. The drama with Amber Heard was just final nail in the coffin.
It wasn’t a huge loss or anything though. He’s never been particularly talented.

For a Hollywood star, the US is the world. If he can only get jobs in Europe where actors get paid peanuts compared to in Hollywood, his career is basically over.

Big if, though. Maybe he’s just tired of Hollywood bullshit after the trial and wants a break. Also, we’ll see if he still can’t get a job, trial didn’t finish that long ago and it seems he went immediately back to work.

He was cast in this French movie before the trial was over. Since the trial’s over he hasn’t been cast in anything.
I’m not going to bother checking when he was cast in the Italian animation.

Probably not in some occassions. According to many sources he was often high/drunk out of his mind.
Bummer, but I simply don’t care. I don’t need the entire world to run smoothly to be happy.
While you are at home in the morning trying to figure out what to wear to work, Depp is thinking at what fancy restaurant the will eat at, who he will meet that day, where he will vacation to next and how to spend his multi millions.
I doubt he is crying too hard
