Location: Fengyuan District, Taichung City (about 30 minutes from downtown Taichung)
Student Age Group:
Kindergarten-aged children (approximately 3–6 years old)
Working Hours & Overtime:
Weekly Schedule: Flexible, 21 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Overtime: No mandatory overtime
Teaching Hours:
Actual teaching hours: 21 hours/week
Curriculum & Materials:
- Full teaching materials and curriculum provided
- Teachers are welcome to collaborate and adapt materials as needed for their class
Teaching & Preparation Duties:
- Teach English using the school-provided curriculum
- Participate in seasonal events and themed lessons
- Collaborate with local and foreign co-teachers
- Teaching and preparation are included within the 21-hour weekly schedule
Requirements:
- Passport from a native English-speaking country (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa)
- Bachelor’s degree (or U.S. Associate Degree + TEFL/TESOL certification)
- Clean criminal background check
- Bonus: Self-introduction video (optional but preferred)
Support for New Teachers:
- Teaching training and orientation
- Support with lesson and activity planning
- Collaborative prep time with experienced teachers
