Hi, I’m looking for an English-speaking barber or salon in Kaohsiung that has experience with western hair. Budget is not a concern. I’ve had too many bad experiences with seemingly western friendly places and just want to get the cut right (high & tight). Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
I’ve been going to Revolution Barbershop near the Carrefour Love River for the last few years. Ask for the owner Wayne. He charges $700 and I’ve never gotten a bad haircut from him.
He also speaks English.
