He’s not criminally responsible when someone else scoops it up and sells it illegally – but he might be well-advised to go into a new line of work.

There’s an interesting National Review piece by Nina Shea on attempts in the UN to get anti-blasphemy measures passed. The piece is not about that preacher, but I think it’s relevant to the subject of this thread.
