There is a Casa Del Habano in the Grand Hyatt hotel if that is what you are looking for. There are also a few Cigar lounges. One on Fuhsing, one on RenAi Rd. and one in the Westin hotel.
I knew about the Hyatt. I guess I was just wondering if there is anybody living there that meets up with others just to enjoy one once in a while.
