Does anybody have an idea on how the labour insurance premiums are calculated?

Here’s another question though: Do I need to pay for umemployment insurance? The formulation is not very clear to me. Maybe a native E speaker can help?
Does this mean, every employed worker who is a Taiwanese citizen or all Taiwanese citizens and all employed workers from where ever they might be?
