Large space for 30+ persons, with open cooking areas?

I’m looking to host a large (personal, not business) party for 30+ people, with a decent kitchen area (with an oven if possible), where friends could come to cook together and where we could bring our own food and drinks.

Started to look for them, but many places give me a quote over the 20k-40k TWD range for a night, which feels a bit excessive. Do any of you already found this kind of place?, ideally under the 15k TWD range price?

Find a rooftop apartment for that price/month and bring your own equipment?

Yes, it crossed, my mind for that price! But then, I would like to avoid all the rental paper work/ deposits, moving equipment, and neighbor issues if possible!
