Could anyone recommend a Taipei based lawyer to create a simple (unsecured) loan agreement document in Chinese?
are you the Lender or the Borrower, there are promissary notes you can buy in any book store, you fill out the amount name and basic info of the borrower and you can either have them stamp their thumbprint or chop. Granted there is only one date slot so if the borrower is planning to pay back in installments you’d have to write one for each installment ( IE B. borrows 30K you write 1 for 30K and 3 for 10K each, as B pays back each installment you give the note to them to destroy, once they pay it all back they get the 30K note as well)
and yes these have legal use in case the borrower does not pay back you can take them to court
