Lawyer or Dai-Shu in Tainan?

If I want to sit down with a professional in Tainan and discuss my specific real estate wants, needs, fears, etc. Should I talk to a lawyer or a dai-shu?

Can anyone recommend a good one in Tainan? English speaking would be preferred but not essential.

Thanks!

Why would you want advice from a kangaroo?

Personally, I’d prefer to use a lawyer. But things are a little different in Taiwan (or so I’ve heard). And kangaroos may be the best option. You could spend your life asking why Taiwanese do things differently. Or you could just accept that kangaroos give the best advice and find yourself a kangaroo. (PS, this joke also works with the word “algebra”)

That being said, I’m still not sure if I should seek an algebraic kangaroo or a lawyer. And I’m still interested in a Tainan referral.

Perhaps look for a DaiShu who specializes in real estate. I know they do exist. I was talking to one today. They will probably be better than an average lawyer if it is what they specialize in. Sorry, the one I was talking with is in Kaohsiung though.
