What is the reasonable fee for a lawyer to accompany you to the court?
Not a serious case…so is 50000 NT$ too much?
It depends. For one trip to court, 50K sounds like it’s too much unless the lawyer is very senior. But usually in Taiwan, the lawyer has to go to court many times for short hearings. so if 50K is a flat fee to cover the life of the case, it may be reasonable.
