Learning Mandarin ( Hsinchu )

Hi Forumosa!

Does anyone know of any Chinese language schools in Hsinchu for those who wish to learn it as a second language? (IE not native speakers?) Preferably at a very basic level and not as private tuition.

Anyone know of a class or tutor in Hsinchu for children? NTHU class is for adults only.
