I want to start up a Buxiban in Taipei
I need to know if there are any legalities that i need to address before i can start one up.
I’m planning a small place probally 2-3 classes a day

Actually I have a similar, yet dissimilar situation…
My Taiwanese roommate has decided that he is interested in opening up a small buxiban. He has asked me to be his partner. Neither one of us knows anything about this business.
Any nice souls out there want to help clue the rest of us in? I doubt anyone would be helping the competition…
Some of the basic questions that just popped into my mind (when he mentioned this out of the blue last night!) -
For a small school, two classes a day, twice a week, roughly a total of 60 students…
What would be the start up cost? (renting a building, books, salaries, etc.)
Where would he have to go to find the information for making such a place legal?
How much should he charge students?
Would this actually turn a profit or does it need to be larger?
And anything else anyone things I should know…
