I will be back Germany’s capital and try more places, maybe add Berlin, Denver is not even top ten in USA, maybe bottom ten for what I remember for Asian food
For Asian food maybe, except Vietnamese although any kind of food is available now these days. But IIRC your experience of Denver was very limited so I’d take your opinion with a grain of salt.

The Mile High City has led the craft beer scene for decades, but its culinary achievements are equally impressive. Scores of local chefs have been nominated for James Beard awards in recent years as Denver’s rapid growth continues to diversify its cuisine. River North Art District (RiNo) has exploded with a plethora of buzzy restaurants and food halls like Denver Central Market, while the small but mighty Lower Highlands (LoHi) offers everything from bakeries to Israeli eats to the seven-stalled Avanti F&B Collective Eatery. And when a burrito doused in Colorado’s famous green chile is in order, visitors will find no shortage of hearty brunch spots.
I have not seen Colorado beers in Taiwan, maybe once or twice on icheers. You’d only be able to get corporate domestic beers like coors and blue moon. US craft beers in Taiwan seem to be limited to a few California breweries.
