Whenever l take the escalator at Daan Station, l wonder, who approved that design? Don’t they have regulations regarding safe distances to objects near escalators?

It’s not a “situation.” People overreacted and learned the wrong lessons from the previous attack. This guy was just an average garden variety screw-loose commuter… not the murderous variant. Not a single cooler head prevailed.
