I can’t give you an exact store of where to find these or what it’s actually called in Chinese, but the area west of the Ximen shopping district on Huan He South Rd Section 1 (South of Chang Sha Park). There are a bunch of hardware stores that you could look around in. It’s an older area of Taipei, so they may not speak English, make sure you bring that picture and maybe a picture of what it’ll hinge together.
