Moving to Taiwan in a few months and trying to find a job as a line cook. My Mandarin is a little rusty but I’m still proficient in it, so that’s not an issue. What would be the most effective way to get a job as a line cook?
You would apply for various restaurants. Job applications at places like this is often 90% informal. But most the time it’s not going to be a huge number of customers to cook for unless it’s a famous restaurant. Lunchbox places tend to get really busy filling orders and stuff.
