for painting?? There’s a good art supply store down the road from Chung Yo Department Store. From Chung Yo, going away from Bei Tun on San Min Road, go past Tai Ping Road. It’s on the left hand side a block or two down San Min. It’s not a big store , but it’s packed with stuff.
