Anyone could tell me what are the local rates for phone calls with chung hua telecom. I’m chinese illiterate and cannot work out my phone bill, and none of my chinese friends know this.

According to what I know local calls, which mean in your same county are 3 minutes for $1.6NT.
Did you know if you apply for the internet rate it is $2.7NT for 10 minutes!
And long distance is $2.1NT for 1 min.
Calling to cell phones depends on the carrier.
