Would anyone know the fastest way to locate someone for the purpose of mailing them legal documents? All I know is their name, rented address (might be changed) and bank account. Matter is already with the court but is seems to be taking too long to locate them. Thank you.

The authorities. You wanna find someone? You need a warrant to find them and access info about them.
Yes, I do. They are in one of two cities in Taiwan, I just don’t have their actual address
I’m already in the process of getting that through court but it’s taking a bit too long, unfortunately.
What kind of legal docs if I may ask?
If the individual owns or operates a company, the company has an official (registered) address you can find through a government site.
If the individual has a household registration, you can apply for a transcript of it.
