Logic puzzle, dude, not math puzzle…
Clue: the only rules are that you move only two matchsticks to make a correct equation.
I got there by adding (1 + (1,2,4,8,16)) to the previous number.
Anybody?
Christ, me and the grandkid are here pinching things off. Gotta take a piss pretty quick. He may not last much longer!
I came up with a different solution:
8 + 4 ≠ 6
But I guess that’s an inequation…
164?
Maybe blur it for other players?
As you wish!
Can we count it as a point in the PicQuiz?
You wish!
Not a puzzle but mind boggling:
Spinning circles are actually stationary.
Solution:
“If I ask you what the other one would say to the question: ‘Are you vaccinated?’, what would he reply?”
Then you take the opposite of the answer as the real one. Done!
Explanation:
One always says the truth (T), and another always lies (L). You would ask one how the other would reply. Then your answer would follow the path:
- If you asked T: L → T → You
- If you asked L: T → L → You
No matter who you ask to, the answer would have changed to a lie.
Hence, you have to take the opposite as the real answer.
