Long Links (That Be stretchin' the Page and Shit)

I hate them. Something must be done to stop these menaces. I know some forums fix them automagically. Is there a hack/add-on for phpBB to do the same? Giving me supermod powers so I can fix one every time I see one is acceptable as well.
