I’m looking for some advice on the best way / strategy to sell my house.
I advertised on 591 & have had one call in the past week & about 50 agents offering their service…… which is becoming a little too much.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

We signed with 3-4 different real estate agents to list our apartment years ago. Let them do the grunt work.

I was thinking just to tell all the agents that if they bring somebody around and they buy it we can work out the commission later……
Does that sound plausible?
They will want you to sign something before they start bringing people around, the contract is fairly standard.
But you will want any exclusivity clause removed and check the details, not just how much the buyers pay them but the seller too and remember everthing is negotiable.
A good estate agent will walk you through additional costs and if you are dealing with a few estate agents things will become clearer as they get repeated over and over and of course some are better than others.

Find your nearest neighborhood Sinyi, Yung Ching, 20th Century, etc.
Just walk in and chat.
