I run a consultancy business to bring premium food and beverage brands to Taiwan. I am here in Taipei for 3 months with my Taiwanese wife to meet importers/buyers and to create an export channel for foreign food and beverage brands. I plan to come back to Taiwan frequently to build long-term relationships.

As my background is Australian, most of the brands I work with are interested in exporting to Taiwan:

ALCOHOL

  • Australian Single Malt Whisky from Tasmania
  • New Zealand Single Malt Whisky
  • Californian blended rye whisky
  • Spanish gin, vodka, cream liqueur
  • Chilean medium-premium wine (already in Taiwan but expanding)
  • Italian wine (currently imported into South Africa)

OTHER FOODS / DRINKS

  • Australian Low-sugar natural gummy bears and snakes (made with Swiss technology)
  • Australian Tonic Water, Mineral Water & Lo-Cal Sodas
  • Australian coffee beans (also sold in cafes in Japan)
  • Australian Ready-to-drink coffee beverage
  • Australian natural and sugar-free hydration powder (Energy Boost, Sleep)
  • Italian food
  • Spanish potato chips (already in Taiwan but expanding
