I just bought a 5 year old apartment, need some minor work done. I already have an idea of what I want. Actually I just need someone to do the work, like put in new floors, give the walls a new coat of paint, and install new sink and toilet.

In general it’s a good idea to let people know what country, city, and part of town you live in when making such requests, especially if your on-screen info doesn’t show this.
