I’m looking for an old friend of mine. His name is John Wimsatt. He has lived in Taiwan since 1998. He’s an older, larger gentleman, originally from Michigan. He worked for ELSI for a few years. Until this past year, he had lived at Formosa II hostel in Taipei. I have lost contact with him and need to reach him.
