does this animal exist in Taiwan ?
looking for CFP or the TW equivalent that can assist in retirement and insurance planning and financial planning in Taiwan (need someone with knowledge of local taxes and regulations).
so far I have only found insurance brokers that work on commission, and their advice is biased.

UPDATE:
I found someone and can recommend Jason Fang. He is a financial planner in Taiwan. He is Taiwanese, but speaks english and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
His work is fee based (not commission based), he charges an hourly rate.
he can provide advice on estate planning, retirement, taxation and investment.
his strength is in retirement and tax planning for TW, if you are thinking about retiring overseas I’m not sure if he is the right person.
his Chinese name is 方士維 if you want to google him for some more research before you call.
