Looking for skills checklist

Anyone know where there is a checklist of grammar skills that should be taught in basic English? I’ve tried searching Google but I have yet to find anything close to what I’m looking for.

I’m looking for a list like:
pronouns
copular verb “be”
linking verb “be”
common vs. proper nouns

And preferably one that is graded according to ACTFL or FSI proficiency guidelines…
