Maye there shouls be a baseline. Lets say Mcdonals is 0, neutral. Its neither good nor bad. Then rate things on a +/-10 scale. Otherwise personal preferences will rule the day.
From my burger eating days i would, for example, put burger king at +1. Clearly better than mcdonalds, but still fast food garbage. The average breakfast chain burger here -3. +10 would need to be some pretty premium level stuff.
I found out today that they also have a store in Xinzhuang and went to check it.

It’s been already a long while since the last time I went there but I don’t remember them as mediocre, but as pretentious and weird perhaps.
