I was making a lane change and got hit from behind while driving my scooter, after the police came I blew a 0.03 BAC because I had been drinking the night before. I went to jail for part of the day and was then let go. Now I’m waiting for some mail and I might have to go to court. Has anyone had a similar experience? I’m most worried about losing my ability to work here or it hurting my chance of getting an APRC…
Hard to say for aprc, but if you blow over the limit and care about future records, settle fast and make sure everyone saves face while not letting them 
you… generally there is a meeting (forgot the word) in a side office of the cop shop which lets everyone settle with a moderator to try and not waste the courts time. This would be your time to settle with legal finality and I think without a record.

I always thought alcohol leaves your system within 6-8 hours.
