The MAC has been a little slower than usual in releasing the second poll of this year, but I see it’s finally up. (And pardon me if it’s been discussed in the press; I missed it.)
As has been the case for quite some time, most results are static (at least within the margin of error):
mac.gov.tw/english/english/p … o9509e.htm
Key results:
- 20.5% of respondents desire independence, either now or in the future.
- 14.7% of respondents desire reunification, either now or in the future.
- the rest remains undecided.
- sharp uptick in support for direct links and unrestricted investment.
Any other significant trends I’m missing?
