not KD and not pastas with white sauce and melted cheese. i eman the real deal with shard cheese sauce type mac n cheese. there are few foods i have not been able to find at all in Taiwan and this is one of them…wierd eh?
any places sell them in the south? I am in pingdong, but i would drive up to Tainan or over to Taidong just to get a good dish of the stuff.
For what it’s worth, I move to Pingtung next week and I make great mac and cheese from scratch!
Don’t know any down south, but in Taipei one can get some excellent mac and cheese at the Sterling Tavern.

i dont get it, but if someone wants to make me some mac an cheese down here in the south, just say the word! I’ll buy the drinks and sides.
