(The point being, to be objective, you need to use the same standard. Either all such criticisms are silly and therefore shouldn’t be considered, or they should all be taken seriously, regardless of which religion or denomination is under discussion.)

I disagree. This is exactly how ‘social science’ should be done. Think of some stuff you believe, and then go out and cherrypick some evidence to support your belief. If they did it the other way round, it would just be ‘science’.

The funny thing for me is that there really isn’t anything “in depth” in this new study: it’s just common sense, something that was conveniently left out from the “”“study”“” that a few years ago started this nonsense.
I agree. There is a large disconnect between a clueless and vocal ‘educated’ minority and the blue collar too busy to give a shit majority.
I spent 30 years working in the blue collar world and I can’t remember any nurses or cashiers who were looking at rig-pigs in Alberta, in the middle of January, saying things were unfair. The pay inequality bitch smells like socialism to me.
