Can anyone give me the details(when, where, how to apply, etc) about Mandarin Speech Contests. I am interested in speech contests for foreigners. I have heard they exist but does anyone know details?
Where are you? TLI in Kaohsiung sometimes hosts speech competitions with help from other associations, such as Rotary. However, they sometimes have restrictions on entrance. Last time, you couldn’t enter if you’d lived in Taiwan for more than 5 years.
