Anyone tried a massage gun?
Seems like it would feel good and would be easy to use giving someone else a massage.

I have a cheapo Taobao one that does pretty good work around my wonky knee! Recommended if able to be picked up for cheap.
I ended up buying a smaller one-handed size massage gun at the night market for around $2000.
It’s miraculous.
After trying a demo at Syntrend, I was hooked and after buying one I’m more hooked.
Try one out somewhere if at all interested.
Edit: Unexpected how fast it works noticeability nearly instant. USB-C plug and battery seems to last forever. Ergonomics seems better on this style.

Brand is i-square. But I’ve seen exact same model with other brands.
The shop is a night market chain so one year warranty.
I use it on my legs post workout. The science so far seems to indicate it helps soreness post workout.
I’ve been told it’s much too powerful for such use.
I was thinking of getting one of these as well. But more for my chronic lower back pain though… Or is this mainly for post workout?
IMO, it’s ok for something like that. It should help.
