I was looking for a massage in Chiayi.
Can any one tell me what’s the difference between sports massage (運動按摩) and body massage (身體按摩)? There is a big difference in price.
Sports massage is deep tissue massage. With fascia release. It’s hard work for the masseuse

Yes. Very painful. Especially if you are not used to it.

I went with the regular massage and it was just right. Actually, at times it was a little bit painful.

It’s not a proper Taiwan massage unless it’s painful
This one’s more Thai style and relaxing and not so painful
Was a good simple foot massage place along here by McDonald’s not big but good
