i’m not there yet but i am contemplating moving to Taiwan.

I’m wondering about pharmacies. Where I am now you can buy almost any medicine OTC without a script.

Since I need a number of medications including anti depressents and some pain meds, i amwondering how the pharmacies work there.

You wouldn’t believe the running around you have to do in Turkey just to see a doctor. And there are a lot of medications that arent available in this country…so they have to be imported from elsewhere and the amount of paperwork and leg work is staggering.

Can anyone give me a 2 dollar view about this issue in Taiwan?

Shanghai pharmacy is a great place to find drugs you may need. You can do it.

In fact I wish the USA would learn a thing or two from the TWese on this but then again it would be night of the living dead if they did (joke)
