Taiwan culture is all about cp value. I think this contest style wouldn’t work well. People are too cheap to risk losing that much in an industry that can be cut throat. Maybe a 711, McDonald’s type shit cheap food place that has massive logistics and factory slop behind it could manage such a sale of near expired food also, maybe those all you can eat places that are chains/franchised. Be it BBQ, hotpot or pizza hut.
