They also carry frozen corn tortillas.
Are you talking about masa harina? The fine ground corn flour? I’d like to get some of this too. Great thickener for chili.

Well, I guess some of it is ok for putting on hot dogs, depending on the brand/quality.
Haven’t seen it.
I just make my own. You can buy red peppers, mushrooms, green peppers, and the ground beef at any market in Taipei. I usually buy the chili seasoning, tomato paste and halves, and pinto beans at Jasons in 101.
