Ex-ICRT “Michael J” has died recently in Taiwan. Condolences to his wife Ruth and daughter Serena.

[Taiwan radio personality Michael Joseph Ryan, known to ICRT audiences as “Michael J” died on Wednesday, March 22, at his home outside of Taipei. He was 48 years old and is survived by his wife Ruth and 5-year old daughter, Serena. A native of Colorado USA, Ryan came to Taiwan 17 years ago by way of Canada where he worked in the music industry. At ICRT he held various positions as a DJ, music director and program director between 1989 and 2002. ]
